BICEPS GYM
has quickly become the meeting point of the gay community in Playa del
Ingles, thanks to its privileged location, just in the middle of the gay
scene, very close the the world famous Yumbo Center.
Gay residents train regularly in Biceps Gym, and gay tourists of all nationalities on holiday in Gran Canaria
always pay a visit to the gym, to train or just to have a coffee in the
gym bar.
In fact, Biceps Gym is probably the only gym with a bar, where
you can sit to have a drink, a protein shake, a coffee and a chat with
your friends or with one of the guys you have just met in the

Biceps Gym is open every
day: Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm, and on Sundays from 4.30 pm
to 10 pm. It's very important to know that Biceps Gym is open all year
round, including Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays!!!

From Monday to Friday at 7 pm
there is a spinning class. You don't need to make any reservation, just
come on time and jump on one of the bikes!

In
the little shop of the Fitness Center you can buy gymwear and sports
supplements. BICEPS GYM Training T-shirts are on sale for as little as 9
Euros.
POWER PLATE
BICEPS
GYM is the only Fitness Center in Gran Canaria to put at your disposal a
Power Plate vibrating platform. You can train the whole body in as little
as 10 minutes!
